1. Visitor Categories
The exhibition is held in a B2B (business-to-business) format and is primarily intended for industry professionals and members of the business community.
Professional visitors include:
• company executives and specialists;
• individual entrepreneurs;
• representatives of government bodies and industry organizations;
• distributors, buyers, and investors;
• representatives of industry associations, unions, and professional groups;
• lecturers and students of specialized educational institutions;
• media representatives covering the exhibition’s topics;
• official delegations and exhibition partners.
Visiting the exhibition implies an interest in professional development, establishing business contacts, and studying industry solutions.
Anyone may attend the exhibition after completing online pre-registration on the official website.
Registration is required to obtain a personalized badge and confirm visitor status.
2. Attendance by Students
On the final day of the exhibition, entry is permitted for students of specialized universities — only when accompanied by a faculty member.
A list of students, certified by the university administration, must be submitted and approved by BMCA no later than two weeks before the exhibition opens.
3. Registration and Badge Issuance
Entry to the exhibition is granted upon presentation of a personalized visitor badge, valid for the entire duration of the event.
Badges are issued at the registration desk upon presentation of one of the following:
• an electronic ticket obtained through the official BMCA exhibition website;
• an invitation ticket.
Visitors must complete the registration form available at the registration desk or on the exhibition website.
4. Personal Use of Badges
Electronic tickets and badges are personal and non-transferable.
BMCA reserves the right to verify the name on the badge against an identification document.
5. Restrictions on Commercial and Promotional Activities
Without written consent from BMCA, it is prohibited to:
• conduct trade activities;
• distribute advertising or informational materials;
• hold presentations, demonstrations, interviews, or photo/video recording for commercial purposes;
• organize promotional or campaigning activities.
6. Photo Taking and Video Recording
Photography and video recording are permitted only for personal or corporate purposes that do not violate the rights of exhibitors, visitors, or BMCA.
Professional, commercial, or media shooting requires prior written consent from BMCA.
7. Safety and Conduct
Visitors must follow all safety requirements and the instructions of security staff and BMCA representatives.
The organizer reserves the right to visually inspect personal belongings upon entry to the exhibition grounds.
It is prohibited to:
• be in a condition inconsistent with the business atmosphere of the event;
• wear clothing that contradicts business etiquette;
• engage in behavior that disrupts public order.
8. Etiquette and Business Communication
BMCA maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward rudeness, discrimination, and aggressive behavior.
Visitors are required to treat colleagues, exhibitors, and organizer staff with respect and maintain a professional environment.
9. Confidentiality and Personal Data Processing
During registration, visitors provide personal data, which is processed and stored in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan on personal data protection.
By completing the registration form, the visitor agrees to the processing of their data by BMCA for the purposes of event organization, communication, and updates about upcoming exhibitions.
10. Liability
BMCA is not responsible for the loss or damage of visitors’ personal belongings, nor for the actions of third parties.
Visitors are financially liable for any damage caused to the property of the exhibition complex or exhibitors.
11. Violation of the Rules
In case of violation of these Rules, BMCA reserves the right to deny further access to the exhibition without compensation.
